OUR HISTORY
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Our HVAC journey started in 2010 in Talladega, Alabama, making our first A/C filter – but our roots go back even further to a family-built American manufacturing business. Our CEO set out to bring good jobs back to his hometown and serve customers with quality and care.
As we grew, customers kept asking if we knew a good A/C company. That inspired us to expand into residential air conditioning, starting in Florida. We built a skilled team that puts people first, with leadership that’s hands-on and committed.
Today, we’re proud to keep that promise – offering reliable comfort and honest service, one home at a time.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND FILTERBUY HVAC SOLUTIONS
Sean
Chief Operating Officer
Looking for his next opportunity, Sean joined Filterbuy when we launched our A/C services in South Florida. Sean now holds the position of Chief Operating Officer, but he remains committed to sharing his passion for the trades and his technical knowledge. Sean leads Filterbuy’s HVAC Apprenticeship program, a month-long training for all of our new Junior Technicians that we hold twice per year at our main office in Pompano Beach.
When he’s away from the office, Sean enjoys spending time with wife and three children. Sean also enjoys high-level dog training, some of which are now police dogs!

In his free time, Jim enjoys staying active – which usually involves chasing after his grandchildren and playing golf.
