How much time will a visit take?
The BASIC plan visits will take an hour or less.
The ESSENTIAL and PERFORMANCE plans will have one visit lasting approximately 2 hours, and a second that lasts around an hour.
Do I have to be home during the appointment?
Yes, someone needs to be home because most of your HVAC equipment is inside your house.
Do you offer HVAC Care Plans in my neighborhood?
HVAC Care Plans are available in the following Florida counties; Port St. Lucie County, Martin County, Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Miami-Dade County.
Can I cancel without a fee?
You may cancel, but cancellations must be made before your first visit. Cancellation or refunds will not be authorized after we provide a service.
When will I be billed for my plan?
If you choose monthly installments, we will charge the first month immediately and payments will be automatic for the rest of the term.
If you choose to pay all at once, you will be charged after the first service is complete.
Is Filterbuy doing the work? Or will you refer me to a different company?
Filterbuy manages and staffs our own HVAC solutions division, and we never ever refer you anywhere else.
Are your service technicians background checked?
Yes, every Filterbuy employee who may visit your home has passed our background check.
